New Etsy treasures

Here's a couple of items that I've just added to my Etsy shop Velvet Fever.

I've been picking up a lot of vintage goodies the last month, but as I've been busy moving in with my boyfriend and having my parents over I've not had to time to list them.

I visited the little seaside town Deal a few weeks ago. It was pretty but very empty.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that summer is going to kick in soon..

Happy Swedish midsummer..

Happy late midsummer! Hope you enjoyed the longest day of the year as we're now heading towards darker times again.. We decided to have a good old fashioned Swedish celebration this year with flower garlands, the frog dance, sandwich-cake and Strawberry cream cake. It was so much fun to re discover traditions that I haven't celebrated properly for years with lovely fellow Swedes Hanna and Jennie...♥

A Santorini Wedding

Last week my dear friend Malin from back home in Sweden got married at the beautiful Island of Santorini in Greece. It was a real fairy tale wedding and we all cried our eyes out watching her getting married to her Jonas. 

The ceremony took place on a roof garden with a magnificent view overlooking the sea and the volcano island. 

 Afterwards we where taken to a remote beach where they had their reception at a taverna with hundreds of lit candles and a big traditional Greek buffet.

It was an absolutely amazing day! Here are some of the pictures I took on the wedding day.
